Using the concepts of Breath, Touch, Movement, Affirmations, Triggers and Emotions. You will be coached through these concepts in a systematic way to help you explore and deepen all aspects of your body and breath with your life patterns and deepest being. You will be able to integrate this modality into your life.
What you get, - a questionnaire to complete before the session, check-in, breath analysis, a quick meditation, breathwork, tools to take home to practice with.
